High Performance Mechanic
Turbo-charge your career with High Performance Automotive Training! From NHRA, to Compact Motor Sports, to the streets in your own neighborhood.automotive enthusiasts and professionals want to get the best performance out of their cars. High Performance technicians must have the knowledge and skills that are necessary to modify, sport-tune and dyno-test their vehicles. Did you know that some of today's vehicles can be modified to output 4X their original horsepower?

Suspension and exhaust systems go hand in hand with engine performance, which means that an automotive technician must be able to handle all of the different aspects of high performance modification. A number of our Automotive programs offer a High Performance add-on that can help prepare you to handle: Engine building, high performance cylinder heads and valve trains, high performance engine blocks and related parts, high performance drive line systems and steering, suspension and brakes.
