The Motorcycle Mechanics Institute (MMI) Motorcycle Technology programs provide the knowledge and skills you need to become a successful entry-level motorcycle technician. Motorcycle Mechanics Institute (MMI) has two great locations: Phoenix, Arizona or Orlando, Florida, each offering a wealth of exciting places to explore and enjoy with people who share your passion for motorcycles.

The 36-week core program starts with basic mechanics and teaches you everything you need to know about motorcycles. You'll learn about engines. Fuel systems. Electrical systems. Engine troubleshooting. Noise diagnosis. And performance. You'll learn how to use specialized diagnostic, repair, and maintenance equipment. You'll work on lots of different bikes. You'll get the hang of dealership operations. And you'll learn the business skills you need to make your career a long and successful one.

At Motorcycle Mechanics Institute (MMI), they present information in a logical, step-by-step sequence. Through both hands-on training and classroom projects you’ll gain a solid understanding of motorcycle mechanics and technology, and a practical grasp of each motorcycle system.

Plus, when you complete the core program, you can choose to add Harley-Davidson® Late or Early Model Training ,  BMW MotorRad, Honda HonTech®, Kawasaki K-Tech Specialist, Suzuki Factory Authorized Suzuki Training (FAST), or Yamaha YamaPro® Training elective programs to learn more about the metric bikes you love and make you even more sought after in the workforce.

MMI's Harley-Davidson mechanic training covers parts systems, vehicle maintenance, customer skills and management techniques. Complete your MMI journey with either the Harley-Davidson Early Model or Harley-Davidson Late Model elective (or both, if you prefer). 	Buell® Embrace the innovative design, technology and engineering of Buell.
	Honda - HonTech® The HonTech elective, officially endorsed by American Honda, is designed to provide you with the knowledge and experience necessary to become an entry-level American Honda Technician.
	Yamaha - YamaPro® MMI offers the only Yamaha elective that is officially endorsed and equipped by Yamaha Motor Corp., USA. YamaPro is an intense 12-week course designed to provide you with the knowledge and experience necessary to become an entry-level Yamaha technician.
	Kawasaki - K-Tech Specialist The K-TECH elective is officially endorsed and equipped by Kawasaki Motors Corp., USA. It's designed to provide you with the knowledge and experience necessary to become an entry-level Kawasaki technician. K-TECH is equipped by Kawasaki with current motorcycles, ATVs and watercraft. We supply all necessary special tools and machinery.
	Suzuki - FAST (Factory Authorized Suzuki Training) The only Suzuki training course that is officially endorsed and equipped by the American Suzuki Motor Corporation, the FAST elective provides you with the knowledge and experience necessary to become an entry-level Suzuki technician.
	BMW - Motorrad Take your motorcycle technician training to a higher level with MMIs new BMW Motorrad Technician elective. Officially sponsored, supported and endorsed by BMW Motorrad USA, this course focuses on BMW Motorrad motorcycle models, systems, equipment, techniques and procedures. Youll acquire the skills and entry-level experience to be recognized as a Tier 1 Certified BMW Motorcycle Technician.
