Ford FACT
This valuable elective is available to you as an upgrade to any of UTI or NTIs automotive programs. This Ford-specific curriculum provides exactly what you need to become a Ford-credentialed technician: hands-on training on everything from electronics and climate control systems to anti-lock brakes, steering, suspension, ignition systems and more. Add the Ford FACT elective course to upgrade your training and boost your marketability when its time to land that first job as a UTI graduate.

Toyota TPAT
The TPAT elective program, available only at UTI’s Glendale Heights, Illinois campus, uses a Toyota-specific curriculum and boosts your employment opportunities at Toyota dealers. TPAT graduates have access to more than 300 dealers in a 14-state area surrounding the Glendale Heights campus. In addition, UTI can help you find employment at any one of the more than 1300 Toyota or Lexus dealerships throughout the country.

Toyota promotes and maintains an industry-leading technician certification program. Upon completing the TPAT program, you’ll be well on your way to certification which you can achieve by successfully passing two ASE exams, a basic skills exam and completing an externship at Toyota or Lexus dealership.
